Thanks for your interest in Aspose.Words. Aspose.Words for .Net and Aspose.Words for SharePoint are two different products.

Aspose.Words is a class library that supports working with Microsoft Word and other document formats programmatically. Basically, it is a DLL (Aspose.Words.dll) which provides you the API for working with a document object model.

Aspose.Words for SharePoint, on the other hand, does not include Aspose.Words.dll. It has two main features: document conversion and report generation. It integrates with SharePoint and provides user interface for these features. You can use the features programmatically as well. But Aspose.Words for SharePoint does not expose the whole document object module like Aspose.Words for .NET.
