The attached workbook returns HasRevisions as true. However there are not any revisions in the document–the ShareWorkbook is enabled but has no actual revisions in the structure.

Thanks for your posting and using Aspose.Cells.
We were able to observe this issue after loading your Excel file into workbook object using latest version: Aspose.Cells
for .NET v8.2.0.3. Workbook.HasRevisions is true but it does not have any revisions.
We have logged this issue in our database for investigation. We will look into it and fix this issue. Once, the issue is resolved or we have some other update for you, we will let you know asap.
This issue has been logged as CELLSNET-42995.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as CELLSNET-42995) have been fixed in this update.
