Attachment icon changed in different PDF readers

Hi,
I used a horizontal pushpin for attachment icon, ( I am using Acrobat 5.0), but it is changed to a vertical direction pin on Acrobat 6.0, and displayed as a tag on another machine ( Adobe Reader 6.0).

Thanks, Tommy, I found that if I saved it out from my Acrobat 5.0, then the icon will work OK.
