BiLevel is possible in Aspose Barcode

Would like to know about BiLevel using in Aspose Barcode. As we would like to get the image information through using bilevel

I am afraid, at the moment Aspose.BarCode for Java does not support creation of Bi-level or One-bit images. You may need to accomplish this conversion on our own. Please find below a link for Java example on how to convert an image to One-bit.
