Blank page appear in generated PDF

Hi,

I faced a problem that when record in table growth, the report will generate a blank page if the data grows in a table, and the section break is located in the new page. How can we solve this problem, with generate blank page?

Attached is the template, and the generated PDF, and a generated word document for you to analyze
