Blank Page in the PDF

When I generate for example Page 1 of Word document, then the PDF contains Page 1 & blank Page 2. How do I remove the blank Page 2 in the PDF ?

Similarly, I am facing scenarios where a blank page comes before or after the content page in the PDF.

It seems that the blank page & content page belong to single Section.

Please advise solution.
