I have a document with signature signing boxes. On saving as PDF the signature boxes are drawn with one side too long. Attached are both documents. How can this be avoided?

I have managed to reproduce the issue on my side. It has been logged in our system and we will work to fix it sometime soon. We will keep you informed of any developments.
In the mean time as a work around I suggest using a line shape instead. I have refactored your document to include this instead and sent it to your e-mail. The output appears as expected now.
