Can you confirm whether Aspose.Words for RS exports a border on the Page header and Page Footer of a RS report?
Currently it does not appear to do so, with the latest version I have installed.

Thank you for your request. Page header/footer style (including borders) is supported when the report is exported to the positioned layout document. You can enable it as described here:
https://docs.aspose.com/words/reportingservices/document-layout-flow-vs-positioned/
Expect the support of header/footer style when exporting to flow layout documents (which is the default option now) in the hotfix that will be available on Monday.
