BUG: Rectangles inside chart are not positioned correctly in SVG

Hi Aspose team,

We attached this sample application demonstrating the following issue:

in Excel, the chart has a rectangle(bracket) positioned on top of the bar chart (below the text “Acquisition of BMS”)
we also attached a screenshot

with the correct position called “ExcelScreenshotWithCorrectRectanglePosition.png”

in the SVG print from Aspose, the rectangle overlaps with the bars from the chart, we expect the rectangle to keep the same position as in the Excel file

We have used Windows and latest Aspose.Cells 25.1.2 to produce the results. The zip has a folder called Files with the excel and the screenshot.

By testing with sample code and files on the latest version v25.1, we can reproduce the issue. We found that rectangles inside chart were not positioned correctly in SVG.
