Thanks for your reporting this to us. I managed to reproduce this problem. I have created new issue #5254 in our defect database. I will notify you as soon as it is fixed.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 5254) have been fixed in this update.
Problem was caused because INCLUDEPICTURE field is invalid and has no shape, added resiliency.
