I need to get an expected resolution to this ASAP. We utilize your product to generate critical PDF files for our customers and the upgrade to the latest version has cause key functionality to stop working. This is unacceptable and I have a planned release that your bug is blocking.

It is critical that we have a resolution to this problem immediately.

The development team has further investigated the issue reported earlier and it appears to be blocked by our internal task. Also please note that as we recently have been able to notice this issue, we might not be able to share any timelines by which this problem will
be resolved.

As soon as we have made some significant progress towards the resolution
of this issue, we would be more than happy to update you with the status of
correction. Please be patient and spare us little time. Your patience and
