Bug with German characters when converting from .doc to .rtf

Hello,

There seems to be a bug whereby umlauts and other characters do not get converted properly when converting from .doc to .rtf format using Aspose.Words. I’ve attached a .doc file that shows the problem. Please convert it to .rtf format using Aspose and then open the RTF file - you’ll note that the words “Neukölln” and Rütli" become “Neuk?lln” and “R?tli”.

There is no problem with .docx - the problem only seems to happen with .doc files.

Thanks and all the best,

Keith
