Bugs appear when clearing document properties

Hi,supporters,

A bug reported here is that the operation to clear document properties based on aspose.words.dll version 14 and VB.net 2008 work well in some computers but do not work in other computers. Why does the issue appear? how to fix it?

Thanks for your inquiry. Please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET 19.1 and then test.

If you still face problem, please provide OS information where you are facing this issue and attach the following resources here for testing:

  • Your input document(s).
  • Create a standalone console application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us to reproduce your problem on our end and attach it here for testing.
