Bullet points (Document Style) Changed after Mail Merge

When there exists the same Style (which contains Bullet Point format) in two documents, the Style is duplicated (with an enumerated number attached) upon Merge, and this duplicated Style is used within the second document. The issue is that this duplicated Style strip off the Bullet Point format.
