Bullets added to lines when Word document saved as PDF

In the attached document, on the second page, there are three highlighted lines that do not bullets. The lines before and after them have bullets, but those three lines do not. If you use Aspose.Words to open the document and then save it as a PDF file, bullets have been added to the three highlighted lines. Can this be prevented?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-12589) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
