C Library support for DOS

My company manufactures steered-beam Laser Coding systems for the packaging industry and we need to integrate bar code support into our system. Unfortunately, we operate in a DOS Real mode operating environment (yep, some of us are still out there Embarrassed [:$]) with limited memory capacity. We need a bar code conversion library for C code applications that can produce bar codes in various formats for input text strings with an output format similar to our vector drawing commands we currently use (MOVE and LINE). Eveything out there is for Windows environments and/or applications. Can you help? We would be interested in a Subscription OEM license for such a package. Thanks!

Dear abarmeyer,

Thanks for your post.

Please could you tell which barcode symbologies will you need to implement to the system? What is the time line for this product, if we provide you the OEM? Could you give me some code samples about the drawing interface in the environment?

We will discuss your proposal with the Dev team, and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you, kindest regards.
