CalculateFormula throws NullReferenceException after copying into a cell range

We are in the process of updating Aspose.Cells from v19.1 to the latest version in our .NET application, and testing it on existing data. We have found a case where a workbook loaded from a file and modified, throws exception on a call to CalculateFormula(true).
This used to work, and testing shows that problem appeared only in version 23.7.0 and later versions (we aim to use 24.2.0).
I attach a test program with a sample file which replicates the problem.
We hope for a resolution of this problem.
