We could not replicate the same problem in the new instance of Win7 Enterprise SP1, 32-bit. If the problem is not reproducible in any other environment, then it would not be possible for us to fix it. We would recommend you kindly clone your VM instance, remove confidential or additional data, upload Zip file of this VM to any file sharer server, and then share a download link with us. We will investigate and share our findings with you.
