Can convert DNG to JPEG but not to PNG or BMP

^ this image can be converted to tiff or jpeg but if I try to convert to png or bmp I get “Image loading failed”

@nielsbosma I confirm there are problems processing this image. We have created an internal ticket IMAGINGNET-5821 concerning this issue. You will be notified when it is fixed.
