Can I convert an InfoPath form to a PDF file?

Can I use Aspose to programmatically convert a filled out InfoPath 2007 form to a searchable*, web-optimized** PDF file?

I don't have control over the InfoPath form so I can not count on embedding VSTA code inside of the form.

* searchable - user can use Adobe search functionality to find text in the PDF.

** web-optimized - the PDF is optimized so that parts of the PDF can be viewed before the entier PDF file has been downloaded.
