Can I get a more extensive test-account

  1. I did already create a couple of new accounts, but 500 requests is a bit low

  2. our average filesize will be 6MB

Hi Richard,

According to our policy, we cannot increase file size and API calls limit for trial accounts. As you get 500 API calls per month with each trial account and new month is just started, your trial accounts must be reset and you can use 500 more API calls in December as well with your existing trial accounts.

The best possible solution I can suggest at the moment is sign up for Startup plan ($15 per month) and then select "Upsize Max File Limit" option to increase the file size limit ($10 for 10 MB or $20 for 20 MB). This will cost you a total of $25 for one month and you will get 5000 API calls with 10 MB size limit.

Once your testing is complete, you can change your plan according to your requirement or select free plan to stop further payment.
