@khushboooshah Aspose.Words tries to use /WinAnsiEncoding
when possible and uses /Identity-H
encoding only when it is not possible to use /WinAnsiEncoding
.
Do you have problems with DOCX to PDF conversion? If so please attach your problematic input and output documents here for our reference. We will check the issue and provide you more information.
Thanks so much for your response.
I think, the only issue I am seeing is that the PDF is not getting read by OCR scanning, using SCANit for Securities - Neurosoft Ltd
as expected, which led me to think that it could be the encoding.
I have tried the embedded font option but that didnt help either.
Especially the date fields are not being captured y the the scanit service.
Thanks,
Khushboo
@khushboooshah Have you tried converting your document to PDF using MS Word and then read by OCR scanning? Does the problem occur in this case?
Thanks, will check.
