Using Aspose PDF Java API, can we convert PDF image to search-able PDF file?

Also, we require bookmarking feature in PDF. Can we achieve this using PDF API?

I am afraid the required feature is currently not supported. For the sake of correction, I have logged it in our issue tracking system as PDFJAVA-17230.
