'Cannot add a style because a style with the same name already exists'

Hi,

I have this error “Cannot add a style because a style with the same name already exists” when I merge documents together.

I use version 4.4.0.0 of Words.

When I remove the image in the footer, it works. But I don’t really want to remove them from all documents (saving time).

But it’s strange, not all the documents throw this exception.

So, I sent the document 122.doc who throw an exception.

Do you know why this error is throw?

This document works (96.doc) and have the same footer image.

And this is my Intro document

Tks alot
