Cannot Assign Formulas Using Tab Names with Dashes

I cannot assign a formula to Workbook.Worksheet.Cells.Formula when it references a worksheet containing a dash in the name. It throws an invalid formula exception.

Here is an example of a formula I am trying to assign:

"='My-Data'!A1+'My-Data'!A2"

I have attached an example of this issue (excluding the license file).
