Cannot change bullets property using 20.9 version

Hi guys. We updated Aspose.Slides version to the latest 20.9 and now the ParagraphFormat.Bullet.IsBulletHardColor isn’t working properly since changing it’s value doesn’t change anything. I tried to use Bullet.GetEffective() but it seems it produces the wrong values. Here you can download a source project:

I mean the text inside a presentation contains bullets, and ParagraphFormat.Bullet.GetEffective().IsBulletHardColor returns false

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-42190) have been fixed in this update.
