Cannot delete bookmark Text if bookmark contains nested bookmark

We have nested bookmarks in our document and we would like to remove the outer bookmarks content by setting the Text Propery to an empty string.

Unfortunately the bookmarks Text Property throws an exception. See screenshot:

Accessing the inner bookmarks Text Property is working fine.

Is there an issue with accessing the Text Property of a bookmark if its content contains another bookmark?

We are using the latest version of Aspose Words 19.4.0.

Please ZIP and upload your simplified input Word document (you are getting this problem with) and piece of source code here for testing. We will then investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.
