Cannot open protected workbook. Opens in Excel 2010

I have a workbook that a business counterparty sent me.


It is partially protected.

I can open it in Excel 2010 with no prompts and use what is permitted.

However, when I try and load the workbook in Cells.Java 17.5 I get:

com.aspose.cells.CellsException: Please provide password for the Workbook file.

If I open the file in Excel 2010, then re-save it, I can then successfully load it with Aspose Cells.
