Cannot set page header and footer on sheet with SheetType.CHART

I can’t set header or footer on sheet with SheetType.CHART (worksheets.addSheet(SheetType.Chart…))

PageSetup pageSetup = sheet.getPageSetup();
pageSetup.setLeftHeader…
pageSetup.setLeftFooter…

When sheet type is SheetType.WORKSHEET it’s work well.
