Can't add sub account

Impossible to add sub accounts. I’ve tried to add an account several times, everything looks fine and I get a message that the account is added, but when doing a refresh it isn’t there.

Can you please share if you are using the same user ID which you have used to post this query? If you are using a different user ID to add sub accounts, please share that as well.

I use this user ID SELUMJNI to add the sub account.
