Cell display string value is not completely equal to string displayed in excel

when I using number format:

[DBNum2][$-804]General

excel shows 壹佰贰拾叁
but aspose cells shows 123

how can I get the same display value as excel in aspose cells?

I am able to replicate the said problem while using the latest version of Aspose.Cells for Java 8.9.2.6 and a sample of my own. In order to further investigate the matter, I have raised these concerns with the product team under the ticket CELLSJAVA-41975. Please spare us some time to properly analyze the scenario and to revert back with updates in this regard.
