Cell value extracted incorrectly

When I open the attached file with Aspose.Cells (4.4.0.38), the Aspose object model shows cell A1 to contain the value 13-Feb-2004. The value as it appears in Excel is 14-Feb-2008.

How can I extract the correct value?

In this file, Date1904 system is used. If you uncheck "1904 date system" in Tools->Option->Calculation, you will find it's 2004-2-13.
