Cells.InsertRow and NamedRanges

I believe i have discovered a bug with the Cells.InsertRow method. When i use it to add a row to a worksheet, any named ranges that are below it are not shifted down as they are in Excel.

I’m using version 3.7.2.

Any help here would be appreciated.
