Change tracking when making programmatic changes

We are running the ASPOSE Words for JAVA on a Siebel application and have encountered the issue described below. Have you encountered this issue before and if so what is the resolution, thanks
The issue is that when user clicks on the button in the Siebel Application to mimic Alt and Add Clauses additions into the Contract Document, the Siebel Server is calling the document Editor (ASPOSE) from the Server. Consequently the Unix Implementation of this does not handle track changes in ASPOSE. Since ASPOSE does not have a method to recognize changes as Track Changes, this change goes in without Track Changes.

Hi Jeff,
When you modify a document using Aspose.Words, these modifications are done to the document directly and will not appear as tracked changes.
We do have a feature request to make changes made via Aspose.Words appear as tracked changes, but at the moment it is not scheduled for implementation yet. We might schedule it later on, but I cannot promise at this stage.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-754) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
