We have limited need and have purchased the Cells in place of the Total License for our SSRS.
Is there any documentation or listing of the items that would need adjusted to transition from one to the other?
Would anything be lost, or any changes in SSRS enforced, in the change of license?
Old License: Aspose.Total.Reporting.Services.lic
New License: Aspose Cells.Reporting.Services.lic
Well, you just need to replace newer Aspose.Cells.Reporting.Services.lic with older license file into the relevant folder, there is no other changes required when changing license, see the document for your reference:
Yes, it is better to clean all old items because when you will install new version of Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services, it will recreate everything.
By changing the licence from total to cells in place and eliminating the non-cells aspose entries in the report config files, will it be aware of the new license as it is a different one (now cells, was total) or do I need to do additional changes?
Simply put is the license file detected by the DLL included in the package to the point I have to replace the DLLs too? Or is it intelligent and able to determine if the license is total or cells.and differentiate accordingly
