Changing Merged Fields

Thank you for your help. I’ve a question regarding updating a MS Word template field. I’ve a MS word template that contains few merge fields and I need to programatically change those merged fields to the personalized data for different recipients. For example : one merged field is <<First_Name>> and I need to change that field with the first name of every recipient.
