Chart convert to SVG wrong

Workbook wb = new Workbook("C:/a.xlsx");
Worksheet worksheet = wb.getWorksheets().get(0);
Cells cells = worksheet.getCells();
cells.get("B2").setValue(new Date(2016-1900,10,1));
cells.get("C2").setValue(2345);
cells.get("D2").setValue(6789);
HtmlSaveOptions options = new HtmlSaveOptions();
options.setExportActiveWorksheetOnly(true);

options.setHiddenColDisplayType(HtmlHiddenColDisplayType.HIDDEN);
options.setHiddenRowDisplayType(HtmlHiddenRowDisplayType.HIDDEN);
ImageOrPrintOptions imgOptions = options.getImageOptions();
imgOptions.setSaveFormat(SaveFormat.SVG);
imgOptions.setImageFormat(ImageFormat.getIcon());
imgOptions.setRenderingHint(RenderingHints.KEY_TEXT_ANTIALIASING, RenderingHints.VALUE_TEXT_ANTIALIAS_GASP);
wb.save("C:/a.html", options);
wb.save("C:/abc.xlsx");

In abc.xlsx chart's xValue is 2016-11-01
but in a.html is 2016-01-01
