Chart Data Label Border Is Cropped when Converting Presentation Slide to Image in Java

Hello,

we observed an issue with chart data label border being cropped while parsing slides to images. Source pptx and parsed result are attached. Aspose.Slides version 23.3. Same problem can be observed in online conversion tool PowerPoint to Image Online

I reproduced the problem with the invisible borders of chart data labels when converting the slide to an JPG image.
