Chart Issues with Cells

We have purchased your product, but are having some issues with Cells.

  1. After exporting a report, should the chart be reflected as a chart and not a pic?
  2. After exporting a report, in some cases, certain columns are collapsed.
  3. After exporting a report, the chart itself is shoved into the legend, changing the parameters of the legend (i.e., deleting the values within the legend).

Any suggestions?

In the version of Cells that we have installed it is always exporting Charts as a picture in Excel rather than an actual chart that can be edited. How can we change this to allow the charts to be exported as a chart and not a pic?

  2. Aspose.Cells for ReportingServices

Thanks for your feedback.

Please download and use the latest version: Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services v1.8.0.16 (MSI) and see if it resolves the problem of editable charts.

If it still occurs, please provide me your source RDL file, we will check it soon.

After installing latest version of Cells, the chart is still appearing as a picture in Excel and is not an editable chart.
