Chart.ToImage quality

Hi,

Just want a bit of clarification on the status of “ToImage” support for Excel 2007. I run the very latest 4.9.0 version and it seems like 2007 images exported to for example png still don’t appear as they do in Exec2007.

Please confirm if I’m right and also if I am when can we expect this facility to be available?

Hi,

Well, Chart to Image feature for Excel 2007 Charts is not available at the moment, we will check if we can provide an eta for the feature.

We have already added the feature into our issue tracking system with an issue id: CELLSNET-16099.

Has this issue been resolved? I have not noticed that the issue has resolved in any of the releases.

Hi,

Well the latest release supports most features of charts for Excel 2007.

If any of your template files is not supported, we will try to solve first for your need.

Please try the attached latest version/fix v5.1.2.6. If you still find any issue, could you attach your template files (in 2007 formats) here, we will check your issue soon.
