It is strange that the params in 150% setting are same as those in 100% setting, but the output is shrunk.

Could you please try the source file on your server side to reproduce the issue?
If the issue can be reproduced with the source file, please share us a runnable project with code to reproduce the issue on our side, and the output files(both the right one in 100% setting and the wrong one in 150% setting) generated on your server side.

It seems like its been quite a while since the users complained about this issue, so for now I think the issue is resolved. It’s probably related to either MS patches or the display settings on the server. Hopefully, the issues does not return.
