Hi,
saving the attached “Test-Dokument.doc” to PDF and stored back to “\Test-Dokument_doc_Aspose\Test-Dokument.doc_save.doc” makes checkboxes to the content list.

Thanks for your inquiry. Calling Document.UpdateFields method before saving to PDF or HTML should solve this problem but unfortunatey it doesn’t. I have logged this issue in our bug tracking system. The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-9829) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
