Checking to see if there is a way to Open a Password protected PDF in readonly mode without providing passoword

Hello Support Team,


We have a requirement to open Password Protected PDF in read-only mode to our user’s. we do not have the password’s for those PDF’s because these were created by a different team within our company.

I wanted to check and see if there is any way we could open the PDF WITHOUT providing password using ASPOSE.

Thanks for you inquiry. I am afraid we can not open protected PDF file without passing password using Aspose and no plan to implement this in future as well.

Moreover, if you want that user can open your PDF files without password, then at the time of encryption you may pass an empty user password.
