Class not found while converting Email to Html and txt

Hi Team,

We are converting Email file to Html file and text file. Intermittently we are getting classnotfound exception. I am attaching file containing exception stack trace. Please help regarding this issue.Exception.zip (1.3 KB)

I have observed the issue shared by you and request you to please provide working sample code reproducing the issue along with Java and environment details.
