Clone 2003 slide into 2007 presentation

Hi,

Is there a simple way of adding a 2003 slide to a 2007 presentation or vice verca? I assume the only alternative is to resave the source presentation/slide to the other version and then clone it?

I regret to inform you that currently this feature is unavailable in Aspose.Slides. An issue with Id 13419 is already added in our issue tracking system to support this feature. This thread has also been linked with the issue, so that you may be automatically notified once the issue is resolved.

I just realized I cannot save a ppt into a pptx.

How do I add a 2003 slide to a 2007 presentation?

Hi Christer,

I regret to inform you that currently Aspose.Slides does not support adding PPT slides to PPTX presentation. This issue is linked with issue of inter-conversion between PPT and PPTX. Once, the issue is resolved, we will be more than happy to share that with you.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 13419) have been partially fixed in this update.
