Cloning Slides for a PPTX with Charts: "Consistency of Value Registry Is Broken"

Attached is a sample application which clones all slides from an existing presentation. Each slide has a chart and for one of them we get this exception in Aspose.Slides.NET 23.8.0 or lower:
