Color transparency not working

Following the code from
http://www.aspose.com/docs/display/imagingnet/Specifying+Transparency+for+PNG+Images,

using a .png-file as input, there are two outcomes;

Using the longest code version, the resulting .png-file is completely empty (black), except for the Aspose watermark, but retaining the original size.

Using the shortest code version, the resulting .png-file is identical to the input.
