Well, it looks you have created your template file in MS Excel 2007. Since you have used some custom colors on some cells (e.g green color) which is not present on the standard color palette for MS Excel (97 - 2003), so these colors are not rendered by default and the green color is changed to yellow color automatically in the output file. For confirmation, you may open your template and output file into MS Excel (97-2003) as the green (MS Excel 2007) color has changed to yellow color. Furthermore the issue is only occurred when you use MS Excel 2007 to open the file(s).
Anyways, we will further investigate and check if it is an issue with Aspose.Cells component or not. We will get back to you soon. And, if we found the issue with Aspose.Cells for .NET, we will fix it soon.

Please try this fix (attached).We have supported to keep the colors of Excel 2007.
