Conditional formatting rule not between works differently than excel

Hello,

We have noticed one issue when converting .xlsx to .pdf.

We have an .xlsx, the cell has conditional formatting rule that if it is not between the other cell value +1 and the other cell value -1, then apply a fill color.
In Microsoft excel, when the value is the same as the other cell vaule -1, it does not apply the rule, but when converting to pdf by Aspose, it does apply the rule.

Please check the sample cellrule.zip (7.1 KB)

@M-Files_Support,

Thanks for the template XLSX file.

After an initial test, I am able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned by converting your template XLSX file to PDF file format. I found conditional formatting rule “not between” works differently than Excel in Excel to PDF conversion.

We have opened the following new ticket(s) in our internal issue tracking system and will deliver their fixes according to the terms mentioned in Free Support Policies.

@M-Files_Support

We will try to fix this issue soon and include the fix into our next official version 23.6. As an workaround, for your situation currently you may switch the two operands of “between” and “notbetween” to make the smaller one as the first operand, in this way you may get the expected result.
