Content in word don´t imported

Hi,
I have a word that is like to web page.
If I just have table, numeration, the importation is ok.
But If I have checkbox, radiobuttonlist, etc, there lines doesn’t imported.

In Attachment I send the example File, that I need imported.

Thanks for your request. The document you have attached is actually HTML. Aspose.Words does not support import of the INPUT tags from HTML at the moment. Your request has been linked to the appropriate issue. You will be notified as soon as it is fixed.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 981) have been fixed in this update.
